No minimum stay
At ExtraSpace our policy is there is NO MINIMUM STAY. This allows a client to rent a storage unit or a pallet space for just 1 day.
Our standard contracts run month to month but on request contracts can be written to cover any period.
Our staff will be happy to advise on the most suitable option that makes most financial sense at the time. The terms relating to each individual rental are clearly stated in the contract. Terms and conditions vary.
Rent only the amount of space you need: from 1sqm! You can upgrade or downgrade the unit size to suit your business trends. You only pay for the size you use.
